Welcome to the Jerome Gun Hill BID!

The Jerome Gun Hill BID provides support for businesses in a vibrant retail commercial district of Norwood. Through our partnerships with merchants, property owners, community organizations and city agencies, the BID provides services including:

  • Retail Attraction

  • Beautification

For more than 20 years, the BID has served hundreds of businesses ranging from small retail shops to local and national food and retail chains and banks. The BID is managed by the Mosholu Preservation Corporation (MPC), a support corporation of Montefiore Medical Center.

The Jerome Gun Hill BID serves one of the most ethnically diverse populations in the city. Our catchment area includes Jerome Avenue (between Mosholu Parkway and East 212th Street) and East Gun Hill Road (between Jerome and Webster Avenues).
