Our Staff

Jennifer Tausig

Executive Director

 

Jennifer Tausig is the Executive Director of the Jerome Gun Hill BID which surrounds the main campus of Montefiore Medical Center in the Norwood section of the Bronx. She works closely with all relevant stakeholders to continue to transform the district into a safe, vibrant shopping corridor for those who live and work in the area.

In adddition, Jennifer serves as the Executive Director of Mosholu Preservation Corporation.

 

Jennifer has worked in the Bronx for several years and cares deeply for underserved communities. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning with a specialization in Economic and Community Development from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Cid Rivera

Grants Manager

Cid Rivera is the Grants Manager for the Jerome Gun Hill BID.

 

As Grants Manager, he coordinates the administration of all grant funded activities, in order to ensure the seamless interface between the Jerome Gun Hill BID and a variety of contracting agencies.

 

Cid’s career has extended itself to a number of nonprofit and city agencies, predominantly in the Bronx.

 

Cid has a Master’s in Education from the City College of New York and a Bachelor’s in English from Fordham University.

Ariana Cipriani

Program Manager

Ariana Cipriani is the Program Manager for the Jerome Gun Hill BID. She provides marketing services, business development resources, and strategic support to over 230 small businesses. She also connects local entrepreneurs, property owners, and community members to attract diverse, quality, and affordable retail to the BID.

 

Ariana manages the BID's social media, district marketing initiatives, and plans and executes all of the BID's community events ranging from street festivals to health oriented workshops.

Ariana has a Bachelors degree from Fordham University in Urban Studies and Environmental Studies and is currently working towards a Master's in Urban Planning at Hunter College.

Jennifer Guity

Office Manager

Jennifer Guity is the Office Manager for the Jerome Gun Hill BID and Mosholu Preservation Corporation. Jennifer manages the books for the BID and handles all of our invoicing and payments. She helps to organize events and meetings and assists all members of the BID team in completing tasks timely and efficiently.  Jennifer has been at Montefiore for 8 years and joined the BID team in 2019. She graduated from the College of New Rochelle in 2010 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, a minor in Business, and a specialization in HR Management. Jennifer is currently attending Mercy College, pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.
